1, Working principle
This machine is equipped with an electric constant speed stirring system, a condensing and dripping system, and a heating bath pot. While stirring the materials, the bath pot heats the materials inside the kettle, which can improve evaporation efficiency under vacuum conditions (requires connection to a vacuum device). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid through a glass condenser coil (requires connection to a cooling device), which can be refluxed into the kettle or recovered through the lower valve of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is complete, the material can be discharged from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle.
This series of products requires a system device consisting of vacuum equipment, cooling circulation equipment, and other components for use.
2, Product Features
- All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene material, which have stable performance and are not prone to chemical reactions with the material, making them easy and safe to use.

- Low speed booster motor, variable frequency speed regulation, fine tuned by rotary torque, dual display speed control box can digitally display speed and material temperature inside the kettle, with stable performance, clear display control and data plane, simple and easy operation.
- Temperature display of thermostatic bath pot, with lock button switch control, K-type sensor at the bottom of the pot+stainless steel probe, making temperature control more precise, fast, and accurate.
- The mixing system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the mixing rod from wear and debris, and has high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and good sealing effect.
- Adopting PT100 temperature sensor, made of 304 stainless steel material, covered with transparent polytetrafluoroethylene tube, and double anti-corrosion.
- The vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum and the pointer displays.
- Crescent shaped+double three bladed three-layer stirring blade, 304 stainless steel+polytetrafluoroethylene stirring blade; The material of the stirring rod is 304 stainless steel, wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene tube, which has high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
- The bottom of the pot is equipped with a drain valve for easy draining.
- The bottom of the machine is equipped with universal wheels with brakes, which can move as a whole and are easy to operate.
