The low-temperature coolant circulation pump adopts an air-cooled fully enclosed compressor unit for refrigeration and a microcomputer intelligent control system, providing low-temperature cooling water (liquid) flow or low-temperature constant temperature water (liquid) flow to meet the requirements of using cooling water and low-temperature liquid cooling or constant temperature instruments, such as rotary evaporators, electron microscopes, low-temperature chemical reaction kettles, electron spectrometers, density meters, freeze-drying machines, reaction kettles, etc. You can also directly conduct low-temperature and constant temperature experiments on various solvents in the tank.

The low-temperature coolant circulation pump adopts a PID microcomputer intelligent control system, a fully enclosed refrigeration compressor, mainly composed of a compressor, condenser, throttle valve, heat exchanger, and circulation pump, which can provide low-temperature liquid and low-temperature water bath; The entire range of temperature control, with a constant temperature fluctuation of 0.05, can be used for circulating refrigeration of rotating evaporators, vacuum freeze-drying boxes, circulating water vacuum pumps, ultraviolet spectrophotometers, magnetic stirrers, and other instruments. It can perform multi-functional chemical reactions, biological reactions, and drug reactions at low temperatures.

Several key points for the application of low-temperature coolant circulation pumps in the laboratory:

1. When the liquid circulates outdoors, users should pay special attention to the firmness of the outlet pipe connection to prevent it from falling off and liquid leakage;
2. The instrument should be cleaned regularly and not used for a long time. The medium in the tank should be emptied and wiped clean to keep the workbench and operating panel clean;
3. Before using a low-temperature coolant circulation pump, liquid media (pure water, alcohol, antifreeze) should be added to the tank. The liquid level of the media should not exceed the refrigeration coil in the tank and should be 20 millimeters lower than the workbench. 
4. Power supply: 220V 50Hz, the power of the power supply should be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;
5. Avoid acid and alkali substances entering the storage tank, corroding the coils and lining;
6. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles within a range of 300mm around the instrument;
7. The temperature setting should pay attention to the setting of high-frequency and low-frequency values, and the setting of high-temperature and low-temperature values should not be reversed;
